Not strictly mobile blogging I saw this list of cool things to do with your handheld on the Symbianone website. After reading through every item on the list and clicking through to some of the featured software I decided to add this for fun. Check out the list below.

Writing the previous article on Zoto.com I decided to see what Flickr was up to. Not surprising the present leader in photo sharing and photo blogging hasn't been still. Carlo Longino @ Mobhappy writes about why Flickr still remains a favorite.

Rick Broida from PCMAG reviews the Zoto.com photo blogging service. Although similar to Flickr for being a photo repository and image sharing community several features do set it apart? "For starters, there's the price: a free Zoto account entitles you to a whopping 2GB of storage space and unlimited bandwidth for uploading pictures. In comparison, Flickr's freebie account limits uploads to just 10MB per month and displays only your 100 most recent photos. By that equation alone, Zoto demands attention.

Handango a leading mobile content provider released a series of reports for mobile content in 2005. Broken down by operating systems such as Symbian and Windows mobile, the report also mentions most profitable units and popular search terms.

A few months ago, Red Herring reported a joint venture between US based Earthlink and South Korea's SK Telecom to broaden mobile services and product offerings.  Worldwide personal digital assistant (PDA) shipments totaled a record 14.9 million units in 2005, a 19 percent increase from 2004, according to Gartner, Inc. The 2005 results topped the previous record of 13.2 million PDAs shipped worldwide in 2001.
