Continuing the trend towards integration of mobile blogging and
location based services Mov Software releases an application allowing your blogging to be combined with location.
Needing a compatible Windows mobile device, a GPS unit and a locator
account (free trial versions available) you can join the growing
numbers of bloggers sharing interests and forming communities based on
location.
This company has also developed a Jabber based enterprise mobile
blogging solution. Our opinion is that although their service seems a
little exclusive for the mainstream user, by positioning themselves as
leaders in this emerging market they will if nothing else spark some
creativity and healthy competition in this area.
