Since Nokia announced the N95/N93 availability in early 2007, gadget freeks across the ether have been demanding a sneak preview and photos. With an anticipated dual slider design, a five mega pixel camera with manual focus and up to 4 GB of SD storage along with a new media control panel, Slashphone correctly asks where this phone fits into Nokia's larger theme with the N9x series. Will it specialize in music, video or both? Let's see what clues these leaked pictures provide.

Some of the phones brilliant backlighting and upgraded menu system can be clearly seen as can the camera lens. NewLaunches, which first posted sneak shots of the N95 speculated that the features of this device are so advanced, it's almost as if Nokia rebranded a Japanese phone. I'd love to research this thought further as the phone does employ several firsts for Nokia. If you throw in the GPS and mapping functions, the USB 2.0 connection jack, HSDPA networking with WLAN as a fallback and potential bandwidth saver, it appears that this might be Nokia's most accomplished converged device yet.
